Community Action Partnership’s Dickinson location will be offering drop-off only services for the 2024 tax season.

Due to staffing shortage, the Williston location will NOT be in operation for the 2024 tax season.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) is a free tax preparation service for low-income individuals, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and elderly. Returns are electronically filed. This is a basic service and we are unable to prepare complex tax returns. Click here for more information on the tax returns that Community Action Partnership is allowed to prepare.

The Dickinson location will begin the filing season on February 10, 2025, and will continue through April 14, 2025.

Due to staffing shortage, the Williston location will NOT be in operation for the 2025 Tax season.

Eligible applicants must complete the VITA Demographic Form and the IRS Intake Form. For direct deposit, please include the name of the bank, the routing number, and the account number, and indicate whether it is a savings or checking account. Please be sure to include all required documents when dropping off your 2024 tax packet.

Tax document packets will also be available to pick up at the designated drop-off location if unable to print online.

For the Dickinson location – Please drop off your tax documents in the drop box located at the main entrance or at the front desk.

For the Williston location – Not available for the 2024 Tax season.
