Understanding the Community Needs Assessment
The Community Needs Assessment is a vital tool for identifying and addressing the challenges faced by individuals and families experiencing poverty. Conducted every three years, this assessment helps the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND) and its partners to plan and deliver effective services.
